Meet Restaurant Operator

Lance Spencer

Lance is married to his high-school sweetheart, Courtney. They have three children and live and attend church in the Lee’s Summit area. They are passionate about having a positive influence on their team, guests, and community. Lance started his career as a team member with Chick-fil-A in 2007 and has served in nearly every role in the restaurant. He became an Owner/ Operator in 2014.

Our Community

At Chick-fil-A®, we love serving others – both in and outside our restaurants. Lance and Courtney love the opportunity to give back to the local community. Their family of 5 lives, works and attends church in the Lee’s Summit area. They enjoy supporting non-profits that focus on education, leadership, hunger, character development, faith, and foster kids. With three young, active kids, you can find them at school performances and sports fields all across town.
