Locally Owned and Operated
As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators proudly reside in communities in which they serve.

In Locust Grove, Lovett will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 135 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.

Born in Atlanta, Lovett began his journey with Chick-fil-A his junior year of college, where he gained restaurant experience, learned more about Chick-fil-A’s corporate purpose and ultimately decided to pursue a career with the company following graduation. During Lovett’s four years in Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program, he traveled the country to support new restaurant openings, including the first Truett’s Chick-fil-A locations in Newnan and Rome, Georgia. Lovett was selected to be an Operator in 2018 and served as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Oswego outside of Chicago from 2019 to early 2022 – earning several awards including Midwest Rookie of the Year. He is eager to engage with the community as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Locust Grove.

“Being from the Atlanta area and having been involved with this community for over 20 years, it is a true blessing to be coming back to Georgia as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Locust Grove,” said Lovett. “I look forward to making Chick-fil-A Locust Grove a place where families, friends, businesses and travelers can come, be cared for and served well, along with helping our community flourish.”

Caring for the Locust Grove Community
In honor of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America on behalf of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Atlanta area to aid in the fight against hunger.

Chick-fil-A Locust Grove is also recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Locust Grove area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A for a year.

Team Member Investment
Chick-fil-A Operators are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent, and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring, and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.

Delicious Food; Outstanding Customer Service
With a longstanding tradition in the restaurant industry for setting high standards in customer service, Chick-fil-A focuses on serving great-tasting food made with high quality ingredients. All produce used in recipes is delivered to kitchens up to six times a week. Breaded chicken is pressure cooked in 100%, fully refined peanut oil and all U.S. Chick-fil-A restaurants now serve chicken raised with No Antibiotics Ever, starting from the egg. By not allowing antibiotics of any kind, Chick-fil-A chicken meets the highest commitment for non-antibiotic use.
