Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A Franklin is locally owned and operated by Caleb Peters, who started his Chick-fil-A career as a Team Member at age 14 at Chick-fil-A Fiddlers Run. Peters has continued to work at Chick-fil-A since 2005, working his way through the ranks of leadership at two separate restaurant locations in North Carolina – Chick-fil-A Fiddlers Run and Chick-fil-A Lake Norman– during which he received a Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship to apply toward his academic aspirations at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. In 2016, Peters joined the Leadership Development Program, where he traveled the country, moving 14 times in a 35-month period, opening Chick-fil-A restaurants at the corporate level. Peters’ hard work and passion for Chick-fil-A ultimately landed him his first role as an Operator at Chick-fil-A Mercer Mall in 2019. Now Peters is thrilled to transition into his new role as Operator of Chick-fil-A Franklin and looks forward to welcoming the community into his new restaurant.

“As an Operator, I hope to foster a culture that wins the hearts of Franklin through good food and great service,” said Peters. “I am eager to bring a new restaurant to the community and help my Team Members achieve their goals.”
