Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A Freehold is locally owned and operated by Kelvin Gardner. A veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, Gardner and his family were stationed in central New Jersey at the start of his military service. During his 35-year career in the armed forces, Gardner was promoted into several leadership roles that fueled his passion for service and mentorship. His journey with Chick-fil-A began after connecting with local Chick-fil-A Operators about the culture and career opportunities the company has to offer. After working as a Team Member to learn the ins and outs of the Chick-fil-A business, Gardner’s dream became a reality last year when he was selected to become the Operator of Chick-fil-A Freehold. Gardner looks forward to returning home to central New Jersey and serving the community with Chick-fil-A’s great-tasting food and genuine hospitality.
“I am humbled to have the opportunity to mentor my Team Members and go the extra mile to serve our guests,” said Gardner. “I am excited to call Freehold my home and look forward to building new relationships in the community with the opening of this new restaurant.”
