Restaurant Brings Approximately 100 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to

ANTIOCH, Tenn. (March 17, 2025) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Antioch community on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected David Speth as the independent franchised local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Century Farms.

Located at 4234 Century Farms Terrace, the new Chick-fil-A restaurant will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. As a part of the drive-thru, the restaurant will feature Mobile Thru, a fully dedicated lane in the drive-thru where Guests can pick up orders placed on the Chick-fil-A App, as well as an outdoor canopy for face-to-face ordering. The restaurant will also feature a playground to better serve Guests with children.

The Century Farms restaurant joins more than 35 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Nashville market.

Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model is essential to how the restaurant serves others. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are owned and operated by a single individual, which means Chick-fil-A’s local
Owner-Operators are small business owners, not passive investors, who work in their restaurants side by side with their Team Members each day.

In Antioch, Speth will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 100 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests, cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses, and tailoring philanthropic efforts to meet the Antioch community’s needs.

Speth’s journey with Chick-fil-A began in high school as a Team Member at his local restaurant. Over the next seven years, he served in various leadership roles, ultimately joining the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program, where he supported restaurant openings across the country. His dedication, leadership and passion for service led to his selection as a local Owner-Operator of a Chick-fil-A in Bradenton, Florida.

With a lifelong dream of living in the Nashville area, Speth relocated in 2017 to open Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria Mall in nearby Franklin. Now, he is honored to serve the Antioch community, investing in Guests, Team Members and the community he calls home. His leadership is driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful impact on others, both inside and outside the restaurant.

“During my time working as a Team Member and helping open new Chick-fil-A restaurants, I saw thousands of people walk through our doors every week — each one an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life,” Speth said. “That’s when I knew Chick-fil-A was the right place for me, and I’m excited to help make a meaningful impact in the Antioch community.”

Caring for the Antioch Community
The Chick-fil-A business is built to add positive impact beyond profit, including giving back to local communities. Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators are empowered to support the neighborhoods they serve with a key focus on hunger, education and specific community needs.

In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Second Harvest Foodbank of Middle Tennessee, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.

Speth’s restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 35 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from over 2,300 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

In addition, Chick-fil-A Century Farms is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Antioch area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.

Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators strive to hire, develop and retain top talent, helping future leaders optimize their skills and providing pathways for personal and professional development in a welcoming, purpose-driven environment. A career at Chick-fil-A offers a wide range of benefits, including hands-on training and mentoring, competitive pay and benefits, the chance to apply for scholarships to support continued education, and the flexibility to thrive in and outside of work.
