Can I reverse a gifted reward?
Once a gifted reward has been added to your Chick-fil-A One® account or redeemed using the QR code, it cannot be undone.
If you sent the Reward but the recipient has not received it, or it shows as redeemed, used, or claimed, please ask the recipient to check again after at least 24 hours.
If you sent the link via email but the recipient did not receive it after 24 hours, please try sending the link through another channel (such as text or social messenger). You can retrieve the link by viewing gifted rewards in your account under "My Rewards" through the Chick-fil-A App or online by visiting https://www.chick-fil-a.com/MyProfile/MyRewards. Simply copy the link and send it through the desired channel. The gifted reward will remain in your account until a recipient has redeemed it using the QR code, added it to their Chick-fil-A One rewards, or is removed from your account after 30 days.
