- Immediately reset your Chick-fil-A One® account password. It is recommended that individuals use a unique, complex password that is not associated with any of your other online accounts. This password should be one that is unique to your Chick-fil-A One account. View detailed steps to reset your password.
- Remove any stored payment methods (e.g. credit or debit cards) from your Chick-fil-A One account.
- To view your stored payment methods, open the Chick-fil-A® App, click on the “For You” icon at the bottom of the screen, select “Account” in the top right corner, and then select then "Payment & Subscriptions" and “Manage payment methods” to review and remove accordingly.
- You may add your preferred stored payment method back onto your Chick-fil-A One Account at any time, but please make sure your concerns of unauthorized activity are resolved and you have changed your password before doing so.
- Review the information in your account such as your name, phone number, and addresses. Be sure to correct any information that is no longer accurate.
- If funds were loaded to your account from your stored payment card that you did not authorize, please verify the unauthorized transaction(s) with your financial institution. Resolution time of the suspicious fraudulent activity is dependent on your financial institution.
If you have noticed fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account, please review your transaction history. You can access up to one year of order history by viewing your transaction history online or in the Chick-fil-A® App.
