I saw the offer in the Chick-fil-A App, but then it disappeared. How can I find it?
If you are still in the specified area, you can locate the offer by following the steps below.
- Close out the app and reopen it.
- Tap 'Rewards' at the bottom of your screen.
- Tap "My Rewards" to see the offer.
You will have the option to redeem it by adding it to a mobile order or scanning at the restaurant.
