Did you forget to scan your Chick-fil-A® App on a recent Chick-fil-A transaction?
To receive points for your purchase:
On chick-fil-a.com:
- If you forgot to scan your Chick-fil-A One® QR code or encountered an issue, you can request credit by visiting the Missed Transaction page by following the steps below:
• Sign into your Chick-fil-A One account.
• Click ‘Account.’
• Click on ‘Transactions.’
• Click on ‘Submit missed transaction’ and fill out the required fields.
On the Chick-fil-A® App:
- If you forgot to scan your Chick-fil-A One QR code or encountered an issue, you can request credit by following the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the ‘For You’ tab.
- Sign into your Chick-fil-A One account if you are not already logged in.
- Click ‘Account.’
- Select ‘Transactions.’
- Select ‘Transaction history.’
- Click the ‘submit’ button next to the ‘Forgot to scan?’ prompt.
- Complete the required fields on the Missed Transaction page:
• Restaurant number
• Date of transaction
• Order number
• Order total, found under ‘Transaction history’
We unfortunately are unable to provide credit if:
- You no longer have your receipt or are unable to read it
- It has been 30 days or longer since the transaction
- If your request is successful, points will be awarded based on your total, prior to tax and your current tier status.
Please note, approved submissions are only able to be applied to a limited number of missing transactions over the lifetime of each Chick-fil-A One® account. Once you have exceeded the maximum number of transaction requests, we are not able to award points for any additional transactions. This is not intended as the primary method of receiving points and only supports one transaction per submission, per day, per Chick-fil-A One account.
