What's the story of the Original Chicken Sandwich?

After testing out hundreds of recipes, S. Truett Cathy created the recipe for our Original Chick-fil-A^® Chicken Sandwich with two pickles on a toasted butter bun in 1964 – and we've been using the same recipe ever since.
