What if I am running late or early to the tour?

Running late: We are sorry to hear you are running a tad behind! Unfortunately, all tours begin on time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your tour time to allow for check-in at the Chick-fil-A security entrance. If you arrive after the start of your tour time, your tour will be modified according to the tour schedule.

If you’re early: We appreciate your enthusiasm! Please note all tours begin on time. It is both ideal and advised to arrive fifteen minutes before your tour start time. Be advised that we are unable to provide you with early admittance or waiting accommodations more than 15 minutes before your tour.
