The program provides great leadership experience, but it’s not for everyone. Take a moment to ask yourself the following questions before applying:
- Are you prepared to spend time learning new skills while teaching others and sharing your own leadership perspective?
- Can you travel on the road (within the continental United States and possibly Canada and/or Puerto Rico) for 24 to 36 months?
If you answered “yes” to these questions, then continue exploring this site, attend a webinar or Apply Now. If you answered "yes" to these questions, and you currently work for a Chick-fil-A, please use the internal application.
