Chick-fil-A Eau Claire will be the second restaurant serving the wider La Crosse-Eau Claire market, alongside Chick-fil-A Onalaska.

Locally Owned and Operated
As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators proudly reside in the areas in which they serve.

In Eau Claire, Lewis will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 100 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.

A Midwest native, Lewis first joined the Chick-fil-A family at just 18 years old as a Team Member at his hometown Chick-fil-A in Racine, Wisconsin. Lewis immediately fell in love with the mission and vision of Chick-fil-A and committed himself to learning and growing with the brand. Lewis continued to work with Chick-fil-A while he pursued his bachelor’s degree in Chicago, Illinois and received several Team Member scholarships as a college student. After college, Lewis served at a Chick-fil-A in the heart of Badgerland in Madison, Wisconsin and was later accepted into the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program, which gives future leaders the chance to learn alongside local Owner-Operators around the U.S. and Canada. Today, as Lewis steps into the local Owner-Operator role in Eau Claire alongside his wife, Alyssa, and their two kids, he looks forward to offering valuable career opportunities for the next generation of Wisconsin leaders.

“When I joined the Chick-fil-A family in Racine in 2012, it was the only Chick-fil-A in the state of Wisconsin, and I would regularly interact with guests that drove hundreds of miles to experience the great tasting food and signature hospitality. I was truly inspired by the story of Chick-fil-A and was amazed by the organization’s passion to take exceptional care of others, including me,” Lewis said. “When I decided to pursue a career with Chick-fil-A, it was my dream to introduce the brand to a new community in Wisconsin. I am thrilled to finally show Chippewa Valley why Chick-fil-A is so special!”

Caring for the Eau Claire Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater La Crosse-Eau Claire area to aid in the fight against hunger.

In addition, Chick-fil-A Eau Claire is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Eau Claire area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.

Lewis’ restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Team Member Investment
Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.

Delicious Food; Outstanding Customer Service
Chick-fil-A is known for creating a welcoming, remarkable restaurant experience, serving customers great-tasting food made with high-quality ingredients, including the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich. Made with a real, whole, boneless breast of chicken with no added fillers, the breaded chicken is pressure cooked in fully-refined peanut oil. Chick-fil-A was one of the first in the industry to eliminate chicken raised with antibiotics to ensure guests have an option for high-quality food on the go.

To complement the great-tasting chicken, fresh produce is delivered to Chick-fil-A restaurants up to six times a week for the best quality and flavor. The fresh ingredients are raised and grown by farmers who share the company's elevated quality and safety standards, so guests feel good about their meal.
