Locally Owned and Operated
As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A Owner-Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.
In Branson, Hutcheson will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 110 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
As a child, Hutcheson grew up going to Chick-fil-A often and some of his earliest memories are from the restaurant. In fact, his grandparents were some of the first customers at the Dwarf Grill, now known as The Dwarf House® restaurant. Hutcheson started his career with the restaurant company in 2009 after working in the construction industry. He served in a variety of positions and was eventually selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Battlefield Mall in nearby Springfield. After three years in the mall, Hutcheson was afforded the opportunity to become the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Downtown Branson in 2015, which he will continue to operate in addition to his new restaurant. Additionally, he operates the Chick-fil-A Branson Food Truck, which began serving Guests in January 2023.
Hutcheson takes great pride in developing his Team Members; four of his Team Members have been selected as Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators, and one of his Team Members recently entered the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program. Hutcheson looks forward to expanding his impact on the community, serving more Guests in the Branson area and further providing opportunities for Team Members.
“Opening this new restaurant creates a remarkable opportunity to create more meaningful roles for our leaders and job opportunities for Team Members, which I’m personally passionate about as someone who grew from serving as a Team Member to a local Owner-Operator,” Hutcheson said. “Branson has been home to me and my family for nearly a decade, and community is at the heart of what we do. I look forward to providing a space where more Guests can create lifelong memories.”
Caring for the Branson Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Ozarks Food Harvest, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Highway 76 on the Strip is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Branson area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
Hutcheson’s restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Team Member Investment
Chick-fil-A Operators are committed to hiring, developing and retaining top talent and providing a positive work environment for people of all ages and backgrounds. Team Members have opportunities for flexible work hours and leadership growth, competitive pay and benefits, hands-on training and mentoring and the chance to apply for scholarships to support their continuing education.
Delicious Food; Outstanding Customer Service
Chick-fil-A is known for serving customers great-tasting food made with high-quality ingredients, including the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich. Made with a real, whole, boneless breast of chicken with no added fillers, the breaded chicken is pressure cooked in fully-refined peanut oil. Chick-fil-A was one of the first in the industry to eliminate chicken raised with antibiotics to ensure guests have an option for high-quality food on the go.
To complement the great-tasting chicken, fresh produce is delivered to Chick-fil-A restaurants up to six times a week for the best quality and flavor. The fresh ingredients are raised and grown by farmers who share the company's elevated quality and safety standards, so guests feel good about their meal.
