Restaurant Brings Approximately 120 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community, Honors 100 Local Heroes with Free Chick-fil-A Meals for a Year
BERMUDA RUN, N.C. (June 1, 2023) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant begins serving the Advance community Thursday, June 1. Chick-fil-A, Inc. selected David Moore as the independent franchised Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Bermuda Run.
Located at 260 NC Hwy 801 N, Chick-fil-A Bermuda Run will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and drive-thru only until 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Guests of Chick-fil-A Bermuda Run can place an order for pickup, dine-in or delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App or online. When joining the Chick-fil-A One® tiered membership program, Chick-fil-A One members receive points on every qualifying purchase, which can be used to redeem available rewards. The Bermuda Run restaurant joins 34 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Triad market.

As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.
In Bermuda Run, Moore is responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 120 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
After growing up across the U.S. and world as an Army kid and attending college in Georgia, David returned to the Triad area in 1997. He began his career at Chick-fil-A when he was selected as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Peace Haven in Winston-Salem in 2008. Since then, Moore transitioned to become the Operator of Chick-fil-A Clemmons in 2017 and has been focused on growing his leadership team, strengthening ties with local organizations and providing the community with genuine hospitality. He looks forward to opening Chick-fil-A Bermuda Run, located just miles away from Chick-fil-A Clemmons, which he’ll continue to operate alongside Chick-fil-A Bermuda Run.
“I’m proud to have been a part of Chick-fil-A for 15 years, and I’m excited because this new restaurant provides tremendous opportunity for our Team Members and our community,” Moore said. “I’m looking forward to showing remarkable care to our customers and team in Advance.”
Caring for the Advance Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Triad area to aid in the fight against hunger.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Bermuda Run is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Advance area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.
Moore’s restaurant will plan to participate in Chick-fil-A Shared Table®, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 18 million meals have been served nationwide from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations.
