state-wide celebration for
Team Members
Local Chick-fil-A® Owner-Operators in Connecticut understand that access to education can help create a brighter future – and they came together in May to celebrate the 130 Restaurant Team Members across the state who collectively received $124,000 in scholarships from Chick-fil-A, Inc. in 2024.
The festive event included:
• Dinner
• Activities like cornhole and karaoke
• A photo booth
• Speeches from Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff
• Remarks from a former Team Member, who shared the impact of the scholarship and his Chick-fil-A experience on his personal growth; and
• A special presentation of a trophy and swag bag for each Team Member to commemorate the evening.
Through the Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ scholarship initiative, more than $1.1 million in scholarships has been awarded to nearly 600 Team Members throughout Connecticut since 2017.
Each year, Chick-fil-A offers Restaurant Team Members across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico the opportunity to apply for college scholarships through the Remarkable Futures Scholarships initiative. Since 1973, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has invested more than $191 million in scholarships to help more than 105,000 Team Members pursue a higher education and achieve their remarkable future — whether it’s with Chick-fil-A or elsewhere.
