Why can’t I use my Chick-fil-A One account balance to pay for catering orders?
Most catering orders are likely to be a higher dollar amount than the maximum amount that can be stored as a Chick-fil-A One account balance. At this time we are not able to split payments. Therefore credit card is the preferred method of payment for catering orders.
