Supplier Management System

Here you’ll find learning resources for suppliers who engage with our Supplier Management System.

All existing suppliers must be registered within Chick-fil-A’s Supplier Management System.

Our supplier system is used to manage basic supplier information such as legal name, address, key contacts, and company information regarding services provided by suppliers.

  • Existing Suppliers

    If you are an existing Chick-fil-A supplier and have a valid username and password, click this link to enter and update your information at any point.

    Note: Your username and password for the Supplier Management System is different from the username and password for the Supplier Portal. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact [email protected].

    If you have not received a registration email yet, you will receive one the next time you enter the contracting process.

    As you begin the contracting process, you will receive a supplier survey to complete. Suppliers are required to provide certain information within the supplier portal to progress through the contracting process.

    Once you have registered and have been selected to provide goods and/or services to Chick-fil-A, you will also need to register for our Supplier Portal prior to submitting any invoices to Chick-fil-A.
