He joined Chick-fil-A in 2000 eager to learn about the ins-and-outs of the business. After transitioning through different leadership positions at various restaurants, Minturn was selected to operate his first restaurant in 2006 in Hilliard, Ohio, on the west side of Columbus. He was then selected to come home to open Chick-fil-A Southridge Center in South Charleston in 2011. Since then, Minturn has been focused on mentoring his Team Members, strengthening ties with local organizations and providing the community with genuine hospitality. He looks forward to opening Chick-fil-A MacCorkle Ave, located just miles away from Chick-fil-A Southridge Center.
“I’ve been a part of Chick-fil-A for 23 years and this new restaurant provides new tremendous opportunity for our Team Members and our community,” Minturn said. “I’m excited to multiply our impact in Charleston and create a positive and encouraging environment in the restaurant.”

Delicious Food; Outstanding Customer Service
Chick-fil-A is known for serving customers great-tasting food made with high-quality ingredients, including the original Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich. Made with a real, whole, boneless breast of chicken with no added fillers, the breaded chicken is pressure cooked in fully-refined peanut oil. Chick-fil-A was one of the first in the industry to eliminate chicken raised with antibiotics to ensure guests have an option for high-quality food on the go.
To complement the great-tasting chicken, fresh produce is delivered to Chick-fil-A restaurants up to six times a week for the best quality and flavor. The fresh ingredients are raised and grown by farmers who share the company's elevated quality and safety standards, so guests feel good about their meal.
