Restaurant Brings Approximately 125 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community, Honors 100 Local Heroes with Free Chick-fil-A Entrées for a Year
HENDERSON, Nev. (Dec. 11, 2023) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Henderson community on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Daniel Mullins as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water.
Located at 256 W Lake Mead Parkway, Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Guests of Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water can place an order for pickup, dine-in or delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App or online. When joining the Chick-fil-A One® tiered membership program, Chick-fil-A One members receive points on every qualifying purchase, which can be used to redeem available rewards. The Lake Mead & Water restaurant joins 13 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Las Vegas market.

As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, local Chick-fil-A Owner-Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.
At Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water, Mullins will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 125 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Mullins’ career with Chick-fil-A began in 2012 when he was selected as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Murray in Utah. He had always dreamed of opening a restaurant in the Las Vegas area, and in 2016, he received the opportunity to move to Henderson to open Chick-fil-A Stephanie at Warm Springs. Since then, Mullins and his team have focused on treating every Guest as if it is their first time visiting Chick-fil-A by providing them with delicious food and signature hospitality. Mullins will continue to serve as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Stephanie at Warm Springs in Henderson, in addition to Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water.
“I am blessed for the opportunity to create a place for comfort, celebration and care in Henderson,” said Mullins. “Our team is excited to open our doors and welcome Guests to Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water, where we hope to continue pouring into the community. Caring for the Henderson Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Three Square Food Bank, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Lake Mead & Water is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Henderson area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
Mullins’ restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
