Restaurant Brings Approximately 110 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community, Honors 100 Local Heroes with Free Chick-fil-A Entrées for a Year
TOMBALL, Texas (Nov. 10, 2023) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Tomball community on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2023. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Texas native Eric Sienko as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Cypress Rosehill & Grand Parkway.
Located at 20010 Cypress Rosehill Road, Chick-fil-A Cypress Rosehill & Grand Parkway will be open for dine-in and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and drive-thru from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Guests of Chick-fil-A Cypress Rosehill & Grand Parkway can place an order for pickup, dine-in or delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App or online. When joining the Chick-fil-A One® tiered membership program, Chick-fil-A One members receive points on every qualifying purchase, which can be used to redeem available rewards. The Cypress Rosehill & Grand Parkway restaurant joins 127 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Houston market.

In Tomball, Sienko will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 110 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Originally from Magnolia, Texas, Sienko joined Chick-fil-A Tomball as a Team Member as a teenager and has served in many different capacities with the restaurant company ever since. At age 24, he entered the Chick-fil-A® Leadership Development Program to assist Operators opening new restaurants across the country. In January 2020, Sienko opened his own restaurant, Chick-fil-A Orange in Orange, Texas. The opportunity to return to a rapidly growing community in Tomball was one Sienko couldn’t pass up.
“Tomball is a place that’s always been close to my heart,” Sienko said. “I’m truly honored to have the opportunity to serve and show care to our good friends and neighbors in the community. I look forward to providing a place where our Guests can create memories.”
Sienko plans to offer leadership and growth opportunities to his Team Members and looks forward to providing a place where the community can gather and enjoy each other’s company. His vision for the restaurant? “To better people’s lives,” Sienko said.
Caring for the Tomball Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Houston area to aid in the fight against hunger.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Cypress Rosehill & Grand Parkway is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Tomball area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
Sienko’s restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 23 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
