ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (Nov. 27, 2023) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Elizabethtown community on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Chris Flanagan as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street.
Located at 1034 Executive Drive, Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street will be open for dine-in, drive-thru, curbside delivery and carry-out from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Guests of Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street can place an order for pickup, dine-in, curbside or delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App or online. When joining the Chick-fil-A One® tiered membership program, Chick-fil-A One members receive points on every qualifying purchase, which can be used to redeem available rewards. Blending speed, convenience and hospitality, the new restaurant will enhance the Customer and Team Member experience with features like a larger, dedicated mobile pick-up station. Whether in the drive-thru, on the Chick-fil-A® App or in the dining room, guests will enjoy a convenient restaurant experience delivered with Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality.
The Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street restaurant joins 18 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Louisville market.

As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A local Owner-Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.
At Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street, Flanagan will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 130 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Flanagan has been serving the Elizabethtown community since 2003 when he was selected as the local Owner-Operator of nearby Chick-fil-A Mall Park on North Dixie Highway, formerly known as Chick-fil-A Elizabethtown, which he will continue to operate along with Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street. Flanagan is an entrepreneur at heart, having managed and owned several successful technology companies prior to his career with Chick-fil-A. For him, the opportunity at Chick-fil-A was the perfect blend of entrepreneurship and business ownership, combined with opportunity to serve Team Members, guests and the community.
As an experienced local Owner-Operator, Flanagan is passionate about creating leadership experiences for his Team Members and continuing to expand his involvement in the community through youth groups, sports teams and other local charitable organizations.
“This new restaurant is particularly special for me as I celebrate my 20-year anniversary with Chick-fil-A,” said Flanagan. “It was a pleasure to introduce E-Town to the brand’s delicious food and signature hospitality when we came to the community many years ago. Since then, we have given more than $100,000 to local organizations in need and countless scholarships to Team Members. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to grow our presence and continue to serve our guests and provide meaningful work for my Team Members.”
Caring for the Elizabethtown Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Kentucky's Heartland, a Feeding America partner food bank, in honor of the new restaurant.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Mulberry Street is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Elizabethtown area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
