What is Mobile Dine-In ordering?
Mobile Dine-In ordering gives Guests a more convenient experience when dining in the Restaurant by allowing them to pre-order their Chick-fil-A favorites or order directly from their table once inside, without having to visit the counter. Mobile Dine-In ordering is available at restaurants where dine-in is offered, including free-standing restaurants and select mall locations.
Mobile Dine-In allows you to order the full Chick-fil-A menu; unfortunately, catering orders cannot be fulfilled through this ordering service. Guests are eligible to receive and redeem rewards via Mobile Dine-In ordering on the Chick-fil-A App.
How can I use Mobile Dine-In?
For Guests dining in at the restaurant: Guests can place an order from the comfort of their table by scanning the table tag QR code through the Chick-fil-A® App or their online account to have their meal delivered to the table.
For Guests ordering ahead: Guests can place an order through the Chick-fil-A App or Chick-fil-A website. Once your order is placed, you must “check in” by scanning the QR code on your table tag so the restaurant can begin preparing your order. Once your order is ready, a Team Member will bring your meal directly to your table.
How can I order if there isn’t a table available?
Don’t worry, you can still order using Mobile Dine-In even if there isn’t a table available. Simply select the “no tables open in the restaurant at this time” option in the app and submit your order. You will then be directed to go to the pick-up area to wait for your order.
