How do I request a refund for a mobile or online order?
For orders placed with your Chick-fil-A One® account through the Chick-fil-A® App or online, refunds and recovery must be handled by the restaurant where you placed your order. Please visit or contact the restaurant where you placed your order directly. Recovery options may vary and are at the discretion of each Restaurant.
For delivery orders:
For orders placed through Chick-fil-A Delivery (not by a third-party partner like DoorDash), please follow these steps.

For delivery orders placed through a third-party partner like DoorDash, please follow these instructions.
If your order has been placed within the past 24 hours, you could qualify for a digital recovery in select markets. Please log in to your Chick-fil-A One account, open Transaction History, select the order and report the issue.
Please note that if a monetary refund is processed, the time it will take for funds to post to your account will depend on your financial institution’s policy.
