I no longer want to use the Chick-fil-A One Card for payment. How can I get a refund for the money I placed on my Chick-fil-A One Card?

Funds loaded to your Chick-fil-A One account are loaded onto a Chick-fil-A One^® Digital Gift Card, a digital gift card tied to your account. Per our Terms & Conditions, purchases of Chick-fil-A^® One Digital Gift Cards are not refundable. However, in the circumstance where funds were loaded in error to the Chick-fil-A Digital Gift Card, and the full amount of the load is still available, the load can be reversed and the payment refunded back to the original form of payment.
