What do I do if my order is wrong or if I am missing items from my order?
If you would like to request a refund because of a missing item in your order or you received the wrong order, please contact the restaurant where you placed your order. To find the restaurant location’s phone number, select "Find a Restaurant" in the top-left corner of your screen (in the drop-down menu if viewing on mobile). Search for and select the restaurant location you visited to view the restaurant’s phone number.
Recovery options may vary and are at the discretion of each restaurant. Please note that once your refund is processed, the time it will take for funds to post to your account will depend on your financial institution's policy.
