Why can't I use my Chick-fil-A Account balance toward my mobile order?

The Chick-fil-A^® App does not currently offer the ability to split payment at this time. Therefore, when paying for a mobile order using mobile pay funds, your mobile pay funds must cover the total cost of your mobile order. If your mobile pay funds cannot cover the total cost of your mobile order, then another payment method must be used.
