Locally Owned and Operated
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Choi immigrated to Los Angeles with her family at the age of 14 in pursuit of the American dream. After years of working in industries including broadcasting, nonprofit, construction, banking, aviation and transportation, Choi was in search of a more fulfilling career, leading her to volunteer at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Appleton to understand the fundamentals of running a restaurant. A Green Bay resident for more than 15 years and first Asian female Operator in Wisconsin, Choi has held various leadership positions with community organizations and looks forward to shaping the next generation of leaders while serving the Green Bay community.

“I’m honored to have the opportunity to introduce Chick-fil-A to our Green Bay community, and I think the city will really embrace Chick-fil-A’s great food and remarkable experience,” said Choi. “I am excited for the chance to positively influence, cultivate and inspire the community I call home.”
