Restaurant Brings Approximately 120 Full- and Part-Time Jobs to Community, Honors 100 Local Heroes with Free Chick-fil-A Entrées for a Year
CREVE COEUR, Mo. (Feb. 12, 2024) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Creve Coeur community on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Devin Bruce as the independent franchised local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Creve Coeur.
Located at 12398 Olive Blvd., Chick-fil-A Creve Coeur will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
The Creve Coeur restaurant joins more than 20 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider St. Louis market.
Locally Owned and Operated
Chick-fil-A’s franchise model is essential to how the restaurant serves others. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are owned and operated by a single individual, which means Chick-fil-A’s local Owner-Operators are small business owners, not passive investors, who work in their restaurants side by side with their Team Members each day.
In Creve Coeur, Bruce will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 120 full- and part-time Team Members, serving Guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
A St. Louis native, Bruce worked for his father, David Bruce, the long-standing local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Des Peres and Chick-fil-A West County Center in Des Peres, Missouri. While in college and working as a Chick-fil-A Team Member, Bruce began to explore a long-term career with the Company, and after visiting the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, and learning more about the Operator opportunity, Bruce knew it was what he wanted to do.
He returned from the visit, to which he refers as his “lightbulb moment,” and soon changed his major from music business to business administration. He then began working toward one day opening his own Chick-fil-A restaurant.
“It’s a dream to open my very own restaurant near my hometown and close to my father’s restaurants,” Bruce said. “I started with Chick-fil-A at 18 years old and have worked my way up. I can’t wait to create similar opportunities for my Team Members at Chick-fil-A Creve Coeur. Our mission is to be the most caring restaurant in Creve Coeur, and we look forward to helping our Team Members pursue their dreams and helping our Guests spend time with their loved ones over delicious food.”

Bruce’s restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 25 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from over 2,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Creve Coeur is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the St. Louis area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
