LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (Sept. 14, 2023) – A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant will begin serving the Levittown community on Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Erin Elko as the independent franchised Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Levittown.
Located at 3859 Hempstead Turnpike, Chick-fil-A Levittown will be open for dine-in, drive-thru and carry-out from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Guests of Chick-fil-A Levittown can place an order for pickup, dine-in or delivery on the Chick-fil-A® App or online. When joining the Chick-fil-A One® tiered membership program, Chick-fil-A One members receive points on every qualifying purchase, which can be used to redeem available rewards. The Levittown restaurant joins more than 60 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider New York City and Long Island markets.

As full-time, hands-on leaders in their restaurants and communities, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators proudly reside in the communities in which they serve.
In Levittown, Elko will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 125 full- and part-time Team Members, serving guests and cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses.
Elko is a South Carolina native, where she began her career with Chick-fil-A after college serving as a marketing director and later as operations director at several restaurants in the state. After nearly a decade, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of moving to New York, where she became the Operator of Chick-fil-A Hicksville. Now, she is excited to continue creating a positive influence in the Long Island community with the opening of Chick-fil-A Levittown. Elko will continue to serve as Operator at Chick-fil-A Hicksville.
Elko is passionate about providing her Team Members with opportunities for growth, both in the restaurant and in the Long Island community. Since her start as an Operator, she has worked hard to make her Team Members feel supported through professional development and leadership opportunities.
“Fostering dreams of all kinds gives me joy, and offering assistance or scholarships for professional development is something we’re proud to offer at Chick-fil-A Levittown,” said Elko. “I’m so grateful for the opportunity to invest in tomorrow’s leaders and be a positive influence for our community. Caring for the Long Island Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. will donate $25,000 to Feeding America to support local hunger relief efforts of Island Harvest and Long Island Cares, Inc., certified members of Feeding America, in honor of the new restaurant.
In addition, Chick-fil-A Levittown is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Long Island area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
